Refund Policy

1. Monthly subscription

The AlmaClara subscription costs $7.99 USD/mes and renews automatically every month while active. You can cancel it at any time by writing to soporte@almaclara.app; cancelling stops future charges but, except as noted below, does not refund the period already started.

2. When we do offer a refund

We consider a refund of the most recent charge when:

• A technical error prevented you from accessing any reading during the paid period.
• You were charged by mistake (for example, a duplicate charge).
• You request cancellation within 48 hours of your first charge and did not use any full reading during that period.

3. How to request a refund

Write to us at soporte@almaclara.app with the email or detail you paid with and the reason for your request. We respond within 5 business days.

4. Nature of the content

Because AlmaClara offers entertainment and self-reflection content generated specifically for each request, we do not issue refunds based solely on disagreeing with the content of a reading already delivered.
